AVIS Car Rental at Madrid Barajas Airport

At the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD) you pick up your rental car in the areas of terminals T1 and T4. There are shuttle buses available to move you between terminals if needed given that not all rental car suppliers at Madrid Airport are in the same location. When it is time to return your Avis rental car please follow the signs to the designated car park area at Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD). Key boxes are available in both terminals. In Terminal 1 the car return office is located in the car park in front of the Terminal. In Terminal 4 it is located inside the terminal, car park level 1.

When arriving at the airport in your rental car please follow the signs to the rental car parking lot for your return terminal. Park the rental car, collect your personal belongings, and lock it.
