ENTERPRISE Car Rental Services at Madrid Barajas Airport

When you arrive at the Madrid-Barajas Airport please be sure to collect all your luggage from the baggage claim area before heading to the relevant car rental area. Whilst most car rental companies are in Madrid Airport - they are not all in the one location, and some have multiple desks within the airport.

Enterprise car rental have two offices at this airport and are located in T1 and T4.

When you arrive at T1 please exit the building, cross the street and you will find the Car Rental cabin located in the car park.
When you arrive at T2 or T3 please make your way towards T1, there are free shuttle buses outside the building to transport you between terminals, and follow the directions towards the Car Rental cabin.
When you arrive at T4 please proceed towards the ground floor, walk past the Car Rental Desks inside the terminal and head directly to the car park outside. Turn left and head to the end of the car park where you will find the Enterprise car rental booth.

Helpful information when using Enterprise car rental at Madrid Airport

To rent, or drive, a car from Enterprise car rental you must have the minimum age of 21 and for drivers aged 21 to 24 there will be a Young Driver surcharge of 12.50 EUR per day, with a maximum fee of 125 EUR, per driver within the age frame.
